If any of you have the 'Tune-In Radio' app on your phone check out the French and Spanish radio stations!


Just scroll down to 'By Location' > Europe > France/Spain then choose either the type of music (genre) you want to listen to or the area in France or Spain. It's as simple as peas :).

Babbel app

One of my fab students has told me about an app called Babbel. Just installed the Spanish version and it seems to be a good (and quite addictive) way of learning vocab and practising pronunciation. There's basic vocab on there as well as more advanced vocab which you have to download but it is all free as far as I'm aware! Give it a go and let me know what you think. Check with your parents before you install it though :). Miss Morgan

Y8 - La Ropa - Clothing

La Ropa

Objective: to practise our ICT skills whilst improving our knowledge of clothes related vocabulary.

1. Using the pictures from last lesson (fashion show) make a poster:

L3 - You must:
Use clothes vocab and connectives to say what you/your partner is wearing.

L4 - You should: 
Include a wide variety of adjectives including size, colours and give your opinion of it.

L5 - You could: 
Include a different tense (what you used to wear, what you are going to wear).

Please make the font clear! I will hopefully be choosing the best ones for the new display!
